- Underlying rum notes of vanilla and caramel carry a zesty grapefruit citrus hit. Coconut and topical fruit flavours (maybe gorse or pineapple weed) add to the depth. Serve with tonic water and garnish with a slice of orange.

- A blend of six British botanicals are infused in white rum. Depending on which, they are either macerated or vapour distilled in a 50 litre copper pot still. Once diluted its left to rest.
