- There's a delicate bouquet of rose, mixed with deeper cardamom and a touch of citrus on the nose. Fruity berries merge with a floral tone to give a full-bodied, rounded gin. Serve with orange peel and rosemary in a G&T.

- All of Rock Rose's gins are made using their bespoke copper pot stills, Elizabeth and Margaret. They use a traditional handmade copper head along with botanical vapour basket, in a small batch process of 500 litres a time.

- Founded by husband and wife team Martin and Claire Murray, a passionate duo who saw an opportunity to create a unique distillery that embodies the spirit of their region. Seven years later, there are now around a dozen people in the team.
