- Smooth, nuanced and with an elegant simplicity - the floral violet and almond notes come through neat. The minerals from the bamboo charcoal add a smooth and mellow character to it too. One to savour!

- First, white rice is fermented with “rice koji” to create a mash. The mash is then distilled through pot stills to create a rice spirit. This then undergoes a second distillation to reach over 95% ABV. It is then filtered through bamboo charcoal.
