- Gin Mare is a vibrant, herbaceous gin, with rosemary, olive, thyme, basil and juniper creating a distinctive, summertime vibe. Oily and resinous, it makes for a fantastic Negroni or Gibson and is a lovely G&T when garnished with citrus.
