We can match wines from our extensive range to the menus you have chosen. • Sale or Return - It is always difficult to judge how many bottles you will need so we offer a Sale or Return service where you can return up to 25% of your original order if in a saleable condition (note: we can't take back less than 12 btl's).
• Wedding Gift List Service – have you got too many toasters? If you love wine then this is the perfect gift list for you! We can help you create your bespoke list full of your favourite wines for your guests to contribute towards.

Glass Hire

Riedel Wine Glass Loan

We offer a free Riedel glass loan service for your events and parties. In addition, you can return your glasses to us dirty, and we'll clean them for you. There is no charge for this service (£1 per glass deposit is fully refundable, less cost of breakages at £4 per glass), which is available to you when purchasing wine from us for functions in our local delivery areas*. For every 12 bottles of wine or Champagne that you purchase, we will loan up to 50 glasses or flutes. We can also supply hi-ball tumblers for your beers and soft drinks.

In our opinion Riedel make the very finest wine glasses, combining cutting edge style with a functional flair for extracting the very best from any wine, as noted by Robert Parker in The Wine Advocate:

"The finest glasses for both technical and hedonistic purposes are those made by the Riedel company. The effect of these glasses is profound. I cannot emphasise enough what a difference they make."

Glasses are supplied in trays of 25 glasses per tray. Please note our glasses supply is available on a first come first served basis, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment! Glass hire isn't available as a complimentary service for wines purchased in our special offer discounted mixed cases, or for wines not purchased from Great Western Wine.
